How it works

Be as specific as you want — brand, size, quantity. The more detail, the better.

We confirm the cost estimate before we shop.
Your card is held — not charged. We only charge after delivery based on the real receipt.

Your Helper shops and delivers to your door.
Within 90 minutes. If something's out of stock, we ask before substituting — never guess.

How payment works

We authorise your estimated basket + a 15% buffer. After delivery, you're charged the real receipt total + EUR 5. Any difference is refunded automatically within 24 hours.
