How to join

Three steps to your first task.

Fill in the Helper application form.
Tell us about yourself, where you're based in Berlin, and what kinds of tasks you're up for.

We review and get back to you within 48 hours.
During beta we're keeping the Helper group small. We'll have a quick chat to make sure it's a good fit.

Accept your first task and get paid.
Tasks come to you via message. Accept what works, skip what doesn't. First payout after your first completed task.

What we look for

  • Based in Berlin — ideally in or near the Kieze we serve
  • Reliable and on time — neighbours are counting on you
  • Comfortable with a smartphone and basic messaging
  • Speaks enough German or English to shop and communicate
  • Has a valid ID — we verify all Helpers for safety

No experience needed. If you're a good person who gets things done, you're a good Helper.
